Made with hand-harvested grapes, this rare dry white wine from the Medoc is expressive on the nose, and has a wonderfully rounded palate, with notes of citrus.
The Chateau Loudenne Bordeaux Blanc is made with Sauvignon Blanc and Semillion grapes, hand-harvested, pressed in whole bunches, vinified in French oak barrels and low temperature tanks, and aged for five to six months. A dry white wine, it has an ABV of about 13%.
It’s expressive on the nose, with lively and balanced aromas of citrus, and notes of sultanas, nuts, and peaches. It’s round and balanced on the palate, with powerful flavors and notes of wood at the end, and a long finish.
