China’s national drink, Baijiu (meaning ‘clear spirit’) is distilled from wheat or glutinous rice, and was first made 5,000 years ago. Baijiu can be broken down into five main flavour categories: strong, light, sauce (soy, specifically), rice and mixed.
Shui Jing Fang Classic delivers the essence of Shui Jing Fang Baijiu with extraordinary flavor and remarkable quality. On the bottle, an artistic lion carving can be found, which demonstrates the traditional culture and history of China.
