Booze Online Inc. only ships products within the Philippines. International deliveries will not be accepted.

Delivery will take 1-2 working days for Metro Manila .
Items ordered after the cut-off will be processed the next business day. Processing and delivery of all items received on weekends and non-working holidays will be attended to the next business day.
Provincial delivery and 5-10 days
Victory Liner currently offers a "drop & go" shipping method for select areas. Please note that they do not provide door-to-door delivery. If you choose this shipping option, you will need to pick up your order from one of their nearby drop & go branches. We will provide you with the shipping cost, which should be settled along with the payment for the item you order before we drop off your order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Under the I.R.R. of R.A 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines), a change of mind does not entitle the customer to a refund, return, and/or exchange.
Bottle/s with manufacturing defects / damage can be returned for replacement or exchange.
We will gladly accept your return bottle/s within seven (7) days of receipt of order for replacement or exchange.
CONDITIONS:
- The customer should inform the seller within 24 hours from the date of receipt.
- Item must be returned including the following: box/packaging, any freebies included with the item.
- Buyer may not apply for the return of the Item due to a change of mind.
- Please take note that reported items are still subject to quality assessment before replacements or exchange.
- If Above Conditions are met, kindly read details below to request for an Exchange or Replacement
NON-RETURNABLE
Shipping and handling cost incurred are non-refundable.
Exchange can only be made for a bottle with higher value.
Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging/returning and sending back the item will be borne by the customer.
Exchange of items is not allowed in the retail/physical stores.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING / EXCHANGING THE ITEM
Notify our Customer Service immediately within 24 hours starting from the date of delivery. Specify the reason for returning the item/s and the color and/or size of replacement.
Our Customer Service will inform the customer if the item for exchange is available. If available, Customer Service Team will immediately advise the customer to send back the item to the standard return address within 24 hours of receipt of email notification.
- Notify the company via email (customercare@booze.com.ph) immediately within 24 hours starting from the date of delivery. Specify the reason for returning the item/s and the bottle/s for replacement.
- The company will inform the customer if the item for exchange is available. If available, the company will immediately advise the customer to send back the item to the standard return address within 24 hours of receipt of email notification.
APPROVED RETURNS:
- If Return Acceptance conditions are met, customer can exchange such for a similar item. If returned item is not in stock, customer can exchange with another item.
- If exchanged item is of lower value than returned item, there will be no refund of the price difference. However, exchanged items can be more than one (1) in order to match or exceed the value of the returned items.
- If exchanged item is of higher value than returned item, customer must pay the additional amount before delivery of items.
REFUNDS:
Refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.
