Raicilla La Venenosa Sierra del Tigre is made from agave Maximiliana, a wild and indigenous agave species that grows in the rugged and mountainous terrain of the Sierra del Tigre. The production process involves roasting the agave hearts in underground ovens, crushing, fermentation, and distillation in small copper pot stills. This traditional approach preserves the natural flavors and terroir of the agave.
