Description

We take pride in our Single Estate Rum created using the fine sugar cane harvested from the fertile volcanic soil surrounding Mt. Arayat. From this sugar cane comes dark, rich molasses which are then fermented, distilled and aged in oak barrels then blended in a traditional Spanish style delivering a truly unique and distinguished experience.

Tasting Notes

This rum bears a fresh and clean aroma with the taste of delicate sweet cane, island spice and exotic fruits. Its clean finish makes it an ideal mixer for refreshing cocktail drinks like Daiquiris and Mojitos.
