The story of Flor de Caña began in 1890, when Alfredo Francisco Pellas Canessa, a young explorer from Italy, risked everything to travel to exotic Nicaragua. There he found the perfect place for his distillery, at the foot of San Cristóbal Volcano, the tallest and most active volcano in Nicaragua. Flor de Caña 18yo is a high quality award-winning rum, environmentally friendly. It ages for 18 years with gorgeous aromas of nuts and caramel.
