TASTING NOTES
Appearance:Natural, rich gold.
Nose: Coconut oil, honey, lemon zest, dried oak.
Taste: Toffee apples, , ginger, orange, shortbread.
Finish: A hint of sherry, soft oak and cinnamon spice. Very well balanced.
Cask Recipe: 20% 1st fill European Oak Sherry.
20% 1st Fill American Oak Bourbon, 60% Quality Oak casks.
