Waterford Biodynamic LUNA 1.1 is a 700ml single malt Irish whiskey bottled at 50% ABV, recognized as the world's first whiskey made from biodynamically farmed barley guided by lunar cycles. Part of the Waterford Distillery Arcadian Series, it features a complex flavor profile of rich orchard fruits, earthy undertones, and vibrant spices.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Apricot jam, fresh fruit salad, lemon drizzle cake, herbal tea notes, and prominent rye-like spices.
Palate: White pepper, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, creamy malted biscuit, and orchard fruits like pear and apple.
