Waterford Heritage Hunter 1.1 is a limited-edition single malt Irish whiskey bottled at 50% ABV in a 700ml format. It revives the rare 'Hunter' barley variety—named after plant breeder Dr Herbert Hunter—which had vanished from Ireland since the late 1970s before being regrown from a single 50-gram seed bank sample.

Nose: Lemon sherbet, sea salt, hay, and earthy/vegetal mineral notes
